1. Agreed price, deposits and balances:
a. The agreed price is the amount agreed between BIGLIMO4U (the lesser) and you the customer (hirer). The cost is based on and limited to the instructions as per confirmation sheet.

2. A booking will only be accepted as booked when 20% of the agreed price is paid in cleared funds. All deposits taken at the time of booking are strictly non refundable.

3. Should you cancel within 4 (four) days of the vehicle(s) being required, you the customer will be charged 100% of the balance owing. Where the booking was secured using a debit/credit card, you the customer hereby agrees that we may deduct the balance from this card. In the event no card was used to secure the booking we will invoice you directly should the outstanding payment not be made at the time of cancellation.

4. Any balances due are payable 48 hours before the start of rental period, alternatively you may pay the balance in advance  in cash or by cheque or by mailing a cheque allowing a minimum of 10 ( ten) days prior to rental date to ensure clear funds are deposited into our account.

5. Damages, subsequent cost(s) of repairs of such damage(s) to the vehicle hired as used by you the customer and/or your guests howsoever caused is the hirer’s responsibility. Additionally, in the event that one of the party is sick in the vehicle we will charge £75.00 to make good the vehicle, any glassware broken will incur a £10 charge per item; also there will be £100 charge to make good the vehicle if left in an unfit re-rental condition. Where the booking was secured using a credit/debit card you the customer hereby agrees that we may deduct from the card any damages that have arisen. In the event no card was used we will invoice you the customer directly should these additional payments not be made on the rental date.

6. BIGLIMO4U makes every effort to maintain its fleet as often and as thoroughly as it possibly can and have therefore made all reasonable efforts to ensure that the vehicles are in the best and most reliable condition and fit for purpose of use. In the unlikely event should a mechanical breakdown, puncture or other unforeseeable event occur outside its control BIGLIMO4U cannot therefore be held responsible for these nor the impact that those unforeseen events might then or thereafter have (including onwards travel or transfers).

7. BIGLIMO4U will provide the vehicle requested, however in the event due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control the vehicle requested cannot be provided either for the first, final or interim journey(s) booked we reserve the right and need to substitute vehicle(s) of equal or similar standing and capacity.

8. Should an unforeseeable event occur then BIGLIMO4U will make every effort to ensure we will reach the hirer at the earliest possible time and rental period shall commence upon arrival.  BIGLIMO4U will not be held responsible for late arrival due to traffic delays.

9. The hirer must accept all responsibility for every individual within their rental party.

10. The above conditions are binding and you the hirer agrees to them by accepting rental.

11. Failure to meet at the agreed collection time will result in this agreed overtime rate been charged at £50.00 per hour or part thereof. Any overtime can be paid in cash at the time of the rental or will be deducted automatically from the card you the customer used to secure the booking.

12. BIGLIMO4U takes every care in keeping you the customer and your guest’s property safe. However, we cannot be held responsible for any property lost or assumed left at any time in the vehicle. Please ensure you and your guests remove all property whenever dropped off, this includes interim drops. Any property found by BIGLIMO4U will be returned to our base, we will contact you requesting you collect this property within 14 days, after this date the property will be disposed of.

13. BIGLIMO4U is a strict NON SMOKING limousine; failure to comply with this condition will result in immediate termination of the hire without compensation.

BIGLIMO4U RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE HIRE AT ANY TIME!
